Refund policy
We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of my clients. Your care and treatment are our priority. We also ask that you respect my time and expertise as well. In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have a Cancellation Policy that allows us to schedule appointments for our clients, with respect for your time, the next client's time, and our time.
48-Hour Cancellation Notice
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours of notice.
Cancellation Fee
No shows or same day cancellations will be charged $150.00
Late Arrival
If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us~ we're happy to help!
